ETTEPLAN OYJ: THE MANDATORY BID FOR ETTEPLAN OYJ'S SHARES BY INGMAN GROUP OY AB WILL COMMENCE ON SEPTEMBER 18, 2013

Etteplan Oyj ("Etteplan") has today received the enclosed announcement from Ingman Group Oy Ab ("Ingman Group"), according to which the offer period in the mandatory bid for Etteplan's shares by Ingman Group will commence on September 18, 2013 at 9.30 A.M. and will end on October 9, 2013 at 4 P.M. (Finnish time), unless the offer period is extended in accordance with the terms and conditions of the bid.

The Board of Directors of Etteplan has not yet published its statement regarding the mandatory bid, but will give its statement by October 2, 2013.
 
According to the information received from Ingman Group, the Financial Supervisory Authority has today approved the offer document relating to the bid.
