Europolitan communicates with customers on special home page Europolitan is today launching a special home page for its customers on the Internet. The purpose of this is to strengthen customer relations through interactive communication. The contents include entertainment, a discussion forum and practical tips about mobile telephony. "We are delighted to be able to provide our customers with this unique service," says Klas Wallström, who is head of customer relations at Europolitan. "The vip.europolitan.se home page not only gives our customers access to news and tips about mobile telephony, they also have the opportunity to exchange experiences with other Europolitan customers." The site also contains a discussion forum, e-mail lists, news items about telecommunications, reviews, games, competitions and a special store with quality goods at special prices. "Personal service to us is not just about answering practical questions about subscriptions and telephones, it's also about catering to the general interest our customers show in issues relating to mobile telephony," says Klas Wallström. "The point of the Europolitan VIP site is to offer unique added value, and enable our customers to communicate simply and easily, while giving them access to information and entertainment at the same time. A growing number of people now have access to the Internet, so it was natural for us to start using it as a communication channel." To get into the site, you have to log in on your Europolitan subscription phone number, after which a password is sent as a text message to your cellular phone. Europolitan is a Swedish GSM operator which prioritises service and quality. The company's head office is in Karlskrona and it leads development in technologically advanced services for GSM900/1800.
