EVRY ASA: Purchase of shares key employees

(Oslo, 3. May 2012) EVRY ASA operates a Long Term Incentive Program for key
employees. As part of this program, these employees will purchase shares in the
company. The transaction will take place in a period of maximum three weeks
after the quarterly presentation 7. May. The purchase is limited to a maximum
NOK 4 million.
