EVRY ASA Announces Stock Repurchase Program

(Oslo, 17 July 2012) EVRY ASA announced today that it will activate a stock
repurchase program. The repurchase program is being carried out in accordance
with the authorization to the Board of Directors as resolved at the Annual
General Meeting on April 23, 2012.  The repurchase program is carried out in
connection with a share purchase program for employees, resolved at the same
Annual General Meeting.
