EVRY ASA: Mandatory disclosure of trades

(Oslo, 1 June 2018) Reference is made to the announcement made by EVRY ASA (the "Company") on 31 May 2018 regarding participation in the Company's share matching program.

The following members of the Board of Directors of the Company have purchased shares in the Company and will receive matching shares in the Company:

Göran Lindahl has purchased 9 280 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 28.7340 per share, and will receive 9 280 shares in the Company free of cost. Following completion of these transactions, Göran Lindahl will hold 1 061 777 shares in the Company.

Alnoor Ramji has purchased 5 800 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 28.7340 per share, and will receive 5 800 shares in the Company free of cost. Following completion of these transactions, Alnoor Ramji will hold 11 600 shares in the Company.

Kristin Krohn Devold has purchased 5 800 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 28.7340 per share, and will receive 5 800 shares in the Company free of cost. Following completion of these transactions, Kristin Krohn Devold will hold 59 987 shares in the Company.

Leif Teksum has purchased 5 800 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 28.7340 per share, and will receive 5 800 shares in the Company free of cost. Following completion of these transactions, Leif Teksum will hold 59 987 shares in the Company.

Malin Persson has purchased 5 800 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 28.7340 per share, and will receive 5 800 shares in the Company free of cost. Following completion of these transactions, Malin Persson will hold 24 180 shares in the Company.

Bente Riis Lennertzen has purchased 3 340 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 28.7340 per share, and will receive 3 340 shares in the Company free of cost. Following completion of these transactions, Bente Riis Lennertzen will hold 6 680 shares in the Company.

Jenny Lindh has purchased 3 340 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 28.7340 per share, and will receive 3 340 shares in the Company free of cost. Following completion of these transactions, Jenny Lindh will hold 6 680 shares in the Company.

Sigve Sandvik Lærdal has purchased 1 218 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 28.7340 per share, and will receive 1 218 shares in the Company free of cost. Following completion of these transactions, Sigve Sandvik Lærdal will hold 2 436 shares in the Company.

All share transactions were entered into on 1 June 2018. All shares will be delivered in the form of treasury shares held by the Company, and the Company has consequently sold 40 378 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 28.7340 per share, and has awarded a total of 40 378 shares in the Company free of cost. Following these transactions, the Company will hold 119 244 treasury shares in the Company.
