Changes in Exel's Articles of Association entered in the Trade Register on 7
May 2007 


The changes in accordance with the decision by the AGM held on 19
April 2007 in the Articles of Association of Exel Oyj have
been entered in the Trade Register on 7 May 2007. The new
Articles of Association have been published in the Stock Exchange
Announcement of 12 April 2007 concerning the notice of the AGM.
