Exel Composites Plc has been informed today that the holdings of Evli Group Plc (business identity code 0533755-0) have fallen under 5 per cent of the voting rights and share capital in Exel Composites Plc on 9 December 2011.
As a result of selling 50,000 Exel Composites shares on 9 December 2011, the holdings of the funds administered by Evli Fund Management Company Ltd (business identity code 0744659-0) in Exel Composites Plc fell to 4.77 per cent on 9 December 2011.
