Exel Composites Plc’s Annual Report, Financial Statements and a separate Corporate Governance Statement for 2014 have been published in Finnish and English on the Company’s website at www.exelcomposites.com.
Pdf-versions of the Annual Report, Financial Statements and Corporate Governance Statement are attached to this release.
The Annual Report consists of two separate publications, the annual review and the financial statements for the accounting period 1 January to 31 December 2014. The Financial Statements for 2014 include the consolidated financial statements, the financial statements of the parent company, the review by the Board of Directors and the auditor’s report.
The Corporate Governance Statement for 2014 has been prepared in compliance with the Securities Markets Act and the Finnish Corporate Governance Code. The statement is published separately from the Board of Directors’ report.
