C2SAT ASIA PACIFIC PTE LTD IN SINGAPORE IS NOW REGISTERED AND A CEO HAS BEEN APPOINTED

Stockholm, Sweden, 7 September 2009 – C2SAT (NGM-stock exchange).
A wholly-owned subsidiary of C2SAT holding AB (publ) (C2SAT), under the name C2SAT Asia Pacific Pte Ltd (C2SAT AP), was registered in Singapore on the 27th of August with a share capital of 0.5m SGD, approximately 2.5 MSEK. The Board of Directors in C2SAT AP, in addition to the group CEO and Chairman of C2SAT, Fredrik Nygren and Göte Emtander respectively, consists of Claus Karthe, an advisor in the Asia Pacific region. Claus, who is located in Singapore, is a partner of Matrix Ltd, but has previously served within the telecom industry for more than 20 years, mainly in Southeast Asia. Claus has previously worked for Nokia and Alcatel, and also for Blue Ocean Wireless Pte Ltd, a global system integrator for marine communications solutions.
Furthermore, on the 2nd of September, Norbert Hentschel was appointed CEO of C2SAT AP. Norbert Hentschel is a German citizen, but has lived in Southeast Asia for the last 12 years. Norbert is a telecom engineer and has served within the telecom industry for 17 years, whereof the last two years focused on the marine sector. His most recent employment was as the Head of Operations for Blue Ocean Wireless Pte Ltd, a global system integrator providing service and installation of GSM network on more than 350 vessels the last two years. Before this Norbert has worked for Nokia, both in the Philippines and in Singapore, and mainly as executive account manager.
As the CEO for C2SAT AP, Norbert will be in charge of establishing a local organization responsible for the setting-up, the coordination and the support of a network of non-exclusive local distributors-, installation- and service partners in Southeast Asia, based on local production in Singapore.
The establishment of the subsidiary C2SAT AP, together with the already communicated service, installation and distributor agreements with Can Traders and Services Pte Ltd, Consilium Singapore Pte Ltd and PT AJN Solusindo, is in line with C2SAT’s strategy of securing a market presence in Southeast Asia.
