Early investor acquires 100,000 shares of Chairman of the Board
Fredrik Skytt, who owns shares in the company already prior to the listing of NGM MTF, has today acquired another 100,000 shares of Eyeonid's chairman, Henrik Sundewall.
Following the sale, Henrik Sundewall owns privately and through companies, a total of 2,006,667 shares and 44,821 warrants of series TO2.
"As early as 2014, I became involved in Eyeonid and soon thereafter also a shareholder. That I now choose to sell a small proportion of the shares I own, does not change my commitment or trust in the company. This only means that I need to release some capital. At the same time, it feels good that the person acquiring the shares is both long-term in his investment and one of our early shareholders", says Henrik Sundewall, Chairman of the Board, Eyeonid Group AB.
The transaction, happening outside the market, comprises 100,000 shares at a price of SEK 11.00 per share.
