Eyeonid Group AB (publ) and HELP Forsikring AS has signed an agreement regarding cooperation

Eyeonid Group AB (Eyeonid Group) and HELP Forsikring AS (HELP) has signed an agreement regarding cooperation, to offer EyeOnID's service packaged through HELP's insurance.

Eyeonid Group and HELP have a common customer in Norway, and for some time, the parties have conducted a dialogue on what common opportunities exist in other market segments leading to this agreement being signed.

The cooperation agreement is based on being able to offer a joint offer to customers in Norway. Mainly, this agreement is aimed at the Norwegian market, however, other markets will not be excluded if cooperation is successful. HELP Forsikring AS is a wholly owned subsidiary of the German ARAG Group, which is represented in 17 countries.
