Fabege buys three properties for SEK 335m

Fabege AB (publ) has today signed a contract with JM for the acquisition of the properties Skogskarlen 1&3, Holar 1 and Paradiset 23 for SEK 335 million. The properties are located in Solna/Bergshamra, Kista and Kungsholmen. Fabege will access the properties on 1 December 2005. The total rentable area is approx 26,000 m2 and the rental value amounts to approx SEK 45 million.
