On 17 August 2018, Jonathan Robert Cooper, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company transferred a total of 16,354 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his wife Sarah Natalie Cooper at a price of £1.399 per Ordinary Share.
Mr Cooper has retained the balance of his shareholding in the Company of 638,471 Ordinary Shares.
