Farstad Shipping achieved an operating income of NOK 933.7 million for the 2nd
quarter.  The operating profit (EBIT) was NOK 200.8 million. The profit after
taxes was NOK 44.0 million.

The operating income at 30.06.12 was NOK 1,839.2 million. The operating profit
(EBIT) was NOK 364.7 million. The profit after taxes was NOK 157.8 million.

Farstad Shipping's fleet currently consists of 54 vessels (29 AHTS, 22 PSV and
3 SUBSEA) and 7 PSV and 4 AHTS under construction. The company's operations are
