Farstad Shipping ASA – Summons to Bondholders' Meeting
Reference is made to Farstad Shipping ASA's stock exchange release of 6 February 2017 regarding its fully funded restructuring plan. Farstad Shipping ASA has today summoned a Bondholders' Meeting to be held on 2 March 2017 at 13:00 hours (Oslo time) at the premises of Nordic Trustee ASA, Haakon VIIs gt. 1, 0161 Oslo - 6th floor, with a view to pass resolutions necessary to carry out the restructuring plan.
