FCm NAMED NORTH AMERICA’S LEADING TMC FOR 2014
FCm Travel Solutions North America maintains coveted WTA crown as it continues to gain market share delivering amazing travel experiences for its clients globally.
FCm USA President Billy McDonough said FCm was thrilled to retain the title for another year after a period of continued growth and success.
“The past year has been exceptional for FCm’s operations in North America including our businesses in the USA and Canada,” Billy said. “The combination of new client acquisition, organic client growth, operational expansion and a dedicated focus on the multinational client space has seen FCm’s market penetration continue to increase.
“Our corporate division, including FCm Travel Solutions, is now the major driver of turnover for our parent company FC USA Inc., contributing 44% of our turnover in the USA.
“Across USA and Canada we have offices in 18 locations as well as 19 implants or travel managers that work within our clients’ businesses. During the past 12 months we have also established two new operations in Philadelphia and San Francisco which are performing well.”
FCm Canada General Manager Daniel Griffiths was equally delighted with the award and said he’s looking to build on the success of the initiatives they have had in place over the last 12 months.
“Our business is anchored by a strong corporate presence in Toronto and Vancouver, and we have a strong focus on increasing our service delivery to the markets in Albert and Quebec,” Daniel said.
“Some exciting new products and solutions will further augment the value we offer our customers, and the award is a validation of the work we have done. We look to bring the same level of innovation and energy to the next 12 months.”
