Symfoni Software AS acquires Rubik Solutions Group AS
Two of the fastest growing IT companies in Northern Europe will become one with Symfoni Software’s acquisition of Rubik Solutions Group. The new organization of approximately 200 employees will continue to grow their leading role within Collaboration and IT Service Management.
Oslo, June 10th 2011 – Symfoni Software AS today announced the acquisition of Rubik Solutions Group. This strategic move reflects Symfoni’s ambition to become the leading provider of collaboration and IT Service Management solutions in the Nordics and Northern Europe. Together, they will serve over 1.000 customers and 800.000 end-users. Revenue for 2011 is expected to exceed 200 mNOK.
The combined organization has a presence in 6 countries; Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Belgium and the Netherlands. The headquarters will remain Oslo, Norway.
