Delayed financial reporting

The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway 
(Finanstilsynet) has sent Archer Ltd. a final letter 
regarding a delay in the filing of its report for the 
third quarter 2012. The letter can be read on the

Archer Ltd. published its quarterly report after the 
deadline in the Act on Securities Trading 
(verdipapirhandelloven) § § 5-5, first paragraph. In 
accordance with the guidelines set out 
in "Guidelines - penalty related to periodic 
financial reporting", published by Finanstilsynet on 
10 June 2009,  the delay qualifies for a penalty.  
Finanstilsynet has, however, based on the fact that 
this is the first time the company has been delayed 
and that the report was published before the stock 
exchange trading hours, elected not impose a penalty 
in this cas
