Finnair to add new destinations and frequencies for summer 2013

Palma de Mallorca, Antalya and Tel Aviv added to European network

Finnair is offering new destinations and frequencies for the summer season from
March 31 to October 26. New scheduled flight destinations are Antalya in
Turkey, Tel Aviv in Israel, and Palma de Mallorca in Spain. Frequencies to
Malaga, Barcelona and Madrid are also being increased significantly.

Finnair earlier announced two new summer connections to Asia: to Hanoi from
June 15, with three frequencies per week and Xi’an from June 14, also with
three frequencies per week.

Starting June 5, flights to Palma de Mallorca will be operated twice a week, on
Wednesdays and Sundays, and have good connections to domestic, Baltic and St.
Petersburg flights.

Scheduled flights to Antalya start on June 7 and the route will be operated
twice a week, on Thursdays and Sundays. The city is a popular tourist
destination, and direct scheduled flights are attractive to vacation home
owners in the Antalya region.

Flights to Tel Aviv in Israel start also on June 7. Two weekly flights depart
from Helsinki on Mondays and Fridays.

Finnair’s Spanish routes are becoming increasingly attractive among both
Spanish and Asian passengers connecting via Helsinki on long haul journeys. In
summer 2013, Finnair flies daily to Malaga and to Barcelona 10 times per week.
Additionally, during the peak season from June 7 to September 22, Finnair will
serve Barcelona with double daily flights. Madrid flights will be operated
daily, and frequencies go up to 10 times per week from June 14 to July 30.

Other additional frequencies in the summer schedule include four weekly
connections to Dubrovnik and Ljubljana as well to Krakow, where frequencies are
doubling from the previous year. St. Petersburg will be operated by Flybe
Finland twice a day, and the flights have good connections to Finnair's
long-haul and domestic destinations.

Toronto in Canada will be served with 5 weekly flights between May 23 and
September 8.

Domestically, morning frequencies to Turku and Tampere are added, which will
significantly increase connectivity to long-haul flights as well as to Baltic
and Nordic countries. Added frequencies will be operated by Flybe Finland.
