Composition of Finnair's Shareholders' Nomination Board

The following persons have been appointed to Finnair's Shareholders' Nomination Board: Pekka Timonen, Director General of Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment; Heikki Kyöstilä, President; and Mikko Mursula, Chief Investment Officer of Ilmarinen. In addition, the Shareholders' Nomination Board includes Jouko Karvinen, Chairman of Finnair's Board of Directors.

According to the resolution by Finnair’s 2013 Annual General Meeting, the Shareholders' Nomination Board is a permanent body in Finnair's corporate governance and consists of four members who are appointed annually. The now appointed Nomination Board will forward its proposals for the Annual General Meeting to Finnair's Board of Directors by 31 January 2018.
