Fiskars digging shovels are not only great for regular yard maintenance tasks, but they also help with larger outdoor projects, such as planting trees. Available in a range of sizes featuring unique steel handle designs, the shovels are able to get through tough soil, while limiting physical strain on the user.

Steel D-handle Digging Shovel (46”) – The shovel’s steel D-handle design offers secure two-handed control and a sharpened blade that makes it easy to penetrate tough soil or break up hardened dirt clods. An extra-large foot platform helps to further maximize force when driving the blade into the soil.

Steel D-handle Ergo Transfer Shovel (51”) – The shovel is a durable, comfortable choice for spreading mulch, wood chips and fertilizer among other items. The angled D-handle keeps the user’s wrist in a neutral position to help reduce strain.

Long-handle Steel Digging Shovel (57-1/2”) – The shovel features a long handle that reduces bending and kneeling to help make digging through tough soil easier and less strenuous. The shovel is designed with an extra-large foot platform that helps maximize force when driving the blade into soil and breaking up hardened dirt clods and other material.

Steel D-handle Transplanting Spade (46”) – This 46” spade is ideal for digging small, deep holes and digging up bulbs, among other planting needs. The extra-large D-handle design offers secure two-handed control when digging, even while wearing gloves. Additionally, the teardrop-shaped shaft profile fits the natural shape and motion of the user’s hand for exceptional comfort and control.

Steel Posthole Digger (60-1/4”) – The posthole digger features an offset handle that lets you dig holes up to 12” deeper than traditional models and protects the users’ knuckles while digging. The welded steel construction is far more durable than wood and won’t flex like fiberglass, and it includes a welded steel pivot joint so there are no loose nuts or bolts.
