Royal Copenhagen becomes part of Fiskars

The acquisition of Royal Copenhagen, announced in December 2012, has been
completed as planned and Royal Copenhagen has become a part of Fiskars’ Home
business area. The acquisition enables Fiskars to consolidate a unique
portfolio of leading Scandinavian design brands and strengthens Fiskars
position further in Asia, where Royal Copenhagen ranks among the leading brands
selling premium dining products.
