Pink Jeep® Tours – Las Vegas celebrates Red Rock Canyon, National Conservation Area as their Signature tour!
A local and state treasure located only minutes from the Strip with beautiful desert surroundings, ancient Native American pictographs, and scenery so dramatic it is often selected as the backdrop for movies and commercials.
Red Rock Canyon has been the iconic tour for Pink Jeep® Tours for over ten years. This tour features an off-road adventure up Rocky Gap Road. An area quite unique in the park and once known as “Potato Ridge.” This road was one of the original routes from Las Vegas over the Spring Mountains to the Pahrump Valley. It is the only off-road trail in Red Rock Canyon and is well known to local off-road enthusiasts.
Pink Jeep® Tours trains employees in all destinations, Sedona, Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon, to be stewards of the land. To assist in this effort, Pink Jeep® Tours Las Vegas has aided in the preparation and repair of Rocky Gap Road after it was damaged by fall and winter storms in 2005 and 2011.
Challenges led to success from this tour and it became ideal to give back since Pink Jeep® displays the great outdoors and natural attractions of Southern Nevada.
Trek for the Cure was founded by Pink Jeep® Tours in 2008 to help promote awareness and education towards the fight against breast cancer. Each October Pink Jeep® Tours donates proceeds from the sales of all Red Rock Canyon tours to Nevada Cancer Institute.
Red Rock was singled out not only because of its proximity to the Las Vegas Strip but also because customers can experience the natural side of Las Vegas. This natural habitat is a hidden gem with a special touch and has proven to be their Signature tour. To kick off the celebration a video was released showcasing the Signature tour’s highlights.
