Disclosure of shareholding

Northzone IV K/S ("Northzone") has today sold
3,349,175 shares in Funcom NV ("Funcom"),
representing 5.04 percent of the outstanding share
capital. After the sale, Northzone holds no shares or
rights to shares in Funcom, and has consequently
passed the threshold of 5 percent of the outstanding
share capital, cf. the Norwegian Securities Trading
Act section 4-2 second paragraph.
