New shares issued following conversion of convertible bonds

Funcom N.V. has received a conversion notice with
respect to USD 400,000 of the USD 15,000,000 Funcom
N.V. 10 per cent Senior Unsecured Convertible Bond
Issue 2011/2014, and accordingly a total of 291,968
new shares in the company have been issued.
The issued share capital of Funcom N.V. after the
capital increase pertaining to the bond conversion is
EUR 2,446,263 divided into 61,156,578 shares.
