Annual General Meeting of Gjensidige Forsikring ASA

The Annual General Meeting of Gjensidige Forsikring ASA was held on 6 April 2017.

All proposals on the agenda were adopted. The minutes from the General Meeting are attached to this disclosure.

The General Meeting approved the Board’s proposal to distribute a dividend for 2016 of NOK 3,400 million, corresponding to NOK 6.80 per share, based on the profit for the year. The ex.date is 7 April 2017, the record date is 10 April 2017, and the dividend will be paid on 20 April 2017 to shareholders as of 6 April 2017.
