GJF: Change in the Board of Gjensidige Forsikring ASA

Board member in Gjensidige Forsikring ASA Tine Wollebekk has, due to her new position as CEO in Norwegian Finans Holding ASA, informed Gjensidige that she will leave the Board as from and including 1 June 2017. The Nomination Committee will immediately start the process to find a new board member.
