Employee co-operation negotiations at Glaston's glass processing subsidiary
completed
Co-operation negotiations on stopping the solar energy glass manufacturing
operations of Tamglass Glass Processing, a subsidiary of Glaston Corporation,
have been concluded.
As a result, Tamglass Glass Processing's entire personnel, 16 persons, will be
lay-offed for the time being starting from the end of October/beginning of
November.
The production stop at Akaa does not affect Glaston Corporation's manufacturing
and product development of products aimed at the manufacture of solar energy
glass.
