Glaston Corporation has received a notification pursuant to chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Market Act from Keskinäinen Eläkevakuutusyhtiö Ilmarinen, according to which the ownership of shares and votes in Glaston Corporation has exceeded 5%. Following the merger of Keskinäinen Eläkevakuutusyhtiö Etera and Keskinäinen Eläkevakuutusyhtiö Ilmarinen on 1 January 2018 Keskinäinen Eläkevakuutusyhtiö Ilmarinen holds 7.15% of all shares and votes in Glaston.
