GLASTON'S LISTING PROSPECTUS FOR CONVERTIBLE BONDS APPROVED BY THE FINNISH      
FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY                                                 

The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has today on 24 September 2009      
approved Glaston Corporation's (the “Company”) prospectus regarding admission of
convertible bonds for public trading. The prospectus consists of a registration 
document (the “Registration Document”) and a securities note and summary (the   
“Securities Note”), together the “Prospectus”.                                  

The Prospectus is available as of 25 September 2009 during its validity at the  
Company's website at www.glaston.net, and in printed from the Company at        
Vehmaistenkatu 5, 33731 Tampere and Mikonkatu 9, 00100 Helsinki as well as from 
the service point of NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd at Fabianinkatu 14, 00100 Helsinki.

The Registration Document contains information on the Company, its business     
operations and its financial condition and is valid for a period of up to 12    
months following its publication. The Securities Note contains information on   
the convertible bonds to be admitted to public trading that were issued in      
deviation from the shareholders' pre-emptive subscription rights in accordance  
with subscriptions approved by the Company's Board of Directors on 17 June 2009.
Public trading in the subscribed 475 convertible bonds is expected to commence  
on the official list of NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd on 28 September 2009.
