Notification of Change in Holdings according to Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Securities Markets Act

Glaston Corporation has today received a notification of change in holdings in accordance with Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act as follows: Jeppe Lahtinen´s share of the total number of shares and voting rights in Glaston Corporation has exceeded 10 per cent.

In accordance with Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act we hereby notify the Financial Supervisory Authority and Glaston Corporation as follows:

1. Name of the issuer of shares: Glaston Corporation

2. Reason for the flagging notification: acquisition of shares

3. Name of the shareholder subject to the notification obligation: Jeppe Lahtinen

4. Date of change in holdings: 9 March 2015

5. Share of the total number of shares and voting rights in the issuer: 21,113,846 shares representing 10.9 per cent of the number  of shares and voting rights in Glaston.  Of this Jeppe Lahtinen holds 533,846 shares representing 0,28 per cent of the number of shares and voting rights in Glaston while Hymy Lahtinen Oy, that is controlled by Jeppe Lahtinen, holds 20,580,000 shares representing 10.62 per cent of the number of shares and voting rights in Glaston (Hymy Lahtinen Oy’s ownership disclosed 10.3.2015).

6. Share ownership in previous flagging release on 11.3.2013:
Jeppe Lahtinen’s number of shares: 0
By Jeppe Lahtinen controlled Hymy Lahtinen Oy’s number of shares: 10,150,200 shares representing 5.24 per cent of the total number of shares and voting rights.

The number of Glaston Corporation shares and voting rights totals 193,708,336.
