Advantech to showcase Intel® Smart Display Module (Intel® SDM) for All-in-one Signage Applications
Feb. 8th 2018, Breda–Advantech , a global embedded computing leader providing embedded platforms across versatile vertical markets, is proud to present DS-200, a modular signage solution for all-in-one applications, at the ISE 2018 show in collaboration with Intel® Smart Display Module Large (Intel® SDM-L) announcement. The ISE 2018 show will be held at the Amsterdam RAI from 6 to 9 February. Advantech will also showcase diversified digital signage solutions delivering 4K ultra HD experience, and multi-displays with signage management software built-in for retail, transportation, quick service restaurants, and more.
The DS-200 design is based on the Intel® SDM specification and is powered by 8th Gen. Intel® Core™ processors. DS-200 measures only 175 x 100 x 20 mm and delivers 4K UHD output and smooth content streaming via a card edge connector, while maintaining high-energy efficiency (45 watts). DS-200 allows slot-in integration that reduces space requirements and lowers deployment and field maintenance costs. It also features built-in I/O such as HDMI, mini DP++, USB 3.1, and a single LAN (RJ-45). DS-200 enables media playback and display and is ideal for all-in-one signage applications with space constraints.
