德国100多万工作岗位虚位以待

对国际人才的巨大需求

汉堡——德国企业在2017年第3季度缺少110万名专业人才[i]——这是历史以来最大的缺口上的任何时候。德国经济形势正处于一个持续上升的阶段,而市场上却缺乏能够满足巨大劳动力需求的新生力量。德国企业正急切地寻找着来自世界各地的人才。如果您曾经有过在德国生活和工作的想法,那么现在应该开始计划迈出这一步。德国市场需要哪些资质的人才呢?  

除了高等教育人才以外,这里还需要很多无需大学学位的职业。德国联邦劳动局的[ii]白名单上列出了110多种目前劳动力紧缺的职业。国外申请者在这些领域中获得工作的机会非常大。此外,在德国劳动力市场进入这类职业的过程也已得到显著简化。  

特别需要的职业包括:工程师、技术员、手工业者、IT专家和医疗专员 

德国企业现在急需各类专业的工程师和技术员。不断前进的数字化发展也需要很多优质的软件开发员。卫生领域需要大量医疗人员、疾病和老年护理人员,理疗师和药剂师也属于紧缺的职业。手工业领域需要白铁匠以及热工技术、空调技术和卫生设施领域的专业人员。对泥瓦工、屋顶工和玻璃工的需求也很大。这份紧缺职业的名单相当长。 

白名单上没有列出,但也同样急需劳动力的是德国的酒店餐饮业。特别是旅游地区和大城市的酒店和餐馆明显人手不足。因此在这个领域找到一份工作的机会也非常高。 

必需掌握的技能:德语知识 

要在德国生活和学习,起码的德语基础知识是必不可少的。通过相应的语言学习班和未来雇主的支持,就业人员可以在德国进一步强化德语知识,但是如果完全没有德语基础,找工作会相当困难。 

寻找德国的招聘职位 

感兴趣的人员可以在StepStone或Monster等各种网上职业平台找到大量的企业招聘信息。申请者将资料直接寄给发布招聘广告的企业或者填写各家企业的网上申请表来申请合适的职位。  

 

企业主动发现人才 

在职业介绍平台www.employland.de上,企业也可以反过来主动发现人才。在这里,来自世界各地的专业人才创建他们的个人资料,并可立即看到与他们职业、签证规定和居留许可相关的法律信息。德国企业在这个平台上寻找新员工,并在某种程度上向专业人才推荐自己。作为中介服务的补充,Employland还办理获得居留和工作许可以及资历认证所需要的所有法律方面的手续。 

对于这类服务,申请者无需承担费用。企业在职业介绍所为刊登招聘广告而付费,在employland.de为一次成功的介绍付费。 

无论感兴趣者选择哪种方式,现在在德国获得工作的机会可谓前所未有的好。
