CEO update for August 2018

Operations in August improved in several areas compared to July 2018.

Overall, we saw the following developments:

  • The number of first time depositors (FTD) was 63.5% higher in Aug than July
  • The number of first time depositors compared to total newly registered customers, increased from 5.77% in July to 9,8% in August
  • Number of new registrations decreased by 4% vs July
  • Churn decreased by 30% in August vs to July
  • Active unique depositing users increased by 18% vs July
  • Total Deposits are 2.4% higher in August vs July
  • Bonus costs decreased by 8% vs July
  • Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) was 11.71% higher in August vs July
  • Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) was 83% higher in August vs July

In late August 2018 we hired a market expert that will manage the launch on the Thai speaking market.

In August 2018 the KPI has improved a lot and I see this as a first step in the right direction for our operations.

Registrations- newly registered user
FTD- First time depositor
FTD%- first time depositor rate vs total registrations
Churn- rate at which old depositing users stop being active
Active Unique Depositing Users- Unique number of users who make a deposit in a specified period of time
Deposits- Total Depositing amount by users
Bonus Cost- Total amount of Bonus issued to users
Bonus Cost % - Percentage of Total Bonus issued against deposits
Turnover- Total sum of bet’s placed
GGR- Gross Gaming Revenue (Total Bets – Bets Won)
GGR%- Gross Gaming Revenue Rate (GGR/Turnover)
NGR- Net Gaming Revenue (Total Bets – Bets Won – Total Bonus)
NGR%- Net Gaming Revenue Rate (NGR/Turnover)
