GomSpace - GOMX-3 mission completed and de-orbited according to plan

Wednesday afternoon Central European Time, GomSpace’s GOMX-3 satellite safely re-entered the atmosphere over the North Atlantic Ocean and in the process burned up completely. The re-entry event happened as expected after the satellite successfully concluded its mission. The satellite has been designed to be fully compliant with the Space Debris Mitigation Guidelines recommended by the United Nations to ensure a safe re-entry process for a satellite.
