Grande Cuisine to support Lockhart Catering at ‘The Show’ in Manchester

Grande Cuisine is set to demonstrate its high performance Adventys range of induction cookware at the Lockhart Catering’s ‘The Show’ event taking place at Old Trafford, Manchester on Wednesday the 1st of July. This marks the second time the event has been held in the North of England.

Grande Cuisine will be showcasing its full range of Adventys products at the Lockhart event, from both its single-phase and three-phase lines. The Adventys cookware range offers safety, precision and efficiency above and beyond other forms of cookware. Induction cooking technology effectively turns the base of pots and pans into a heating element, rather than indirectly heating them.

Over 30 of the UK’s leading suppliers and manufacturers will be at the event, which is focused around the latest trends and developments of the culinary and cookware industry.

Not just showcasing innovation, ‘The Show’ will also feature guest appearances and demonstrations 2015’s World Skills Chef – Ruth Hansom (of the Ritz, London), as well as 2010’s National Chef of the Year, Hrishikesh Desai, who is Executive Head Chef of the Gilpin Hotel.

Also present will be Ben Champkin, the Young National Chef of the Year for 2013 and currently involved with L’Enclume in Cumbria, and April Partridge, a Young National Chef of the Year finalist from 2014, Chef de Partie at The Ivy, in London.

Grande Cuisine will be demonstrating a variety of products ranging from the LITE 2500 – a single ring, single-phase table top stove with integrated controls, the GL23000, a single-phase twin ring cook n’ hold hob, all the way up to its display-range.

Also included will be the Heavy Duty range, for the most demanding of kitchens. All products are easy to clean, maintain and operate.
