About the Court proceedings

Dubeni, 2012-02-20 12:56 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of JSC „Grobina”,
according to financial instruments, Market law, article 59 part (1) and part
(2), point 3th and 4th, informs about following proceedings and the results: 

1) With the judgment of the Kurzeme Regional Court on 14th of February, 2012,
is decided to reject shareholders and council members of JSC „Grobina” Janis
Meijubers demanded proceeding against JSC “Grobina” about decision annulment of
extraordinary shareholders meeting convened at 30th of September, 2010, on the
part where the censure to the chairman of the board is declared and about the
demands prosecution against the board and  council of the company.
