Regarding legal proceedings

Dubeni, 2013-01-09 09:20 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- According to the Law of the
Financial Instruments Market Article 59, parts (1) and (2), points 3. and 4.,
the Board of JSC ‘’Grobina’’ informs that a decision, dated 20.12.2012., made
by the Senate of the Supreme court of Republic of Latvia, overrules the
decision made by Court of Liepaja, dated 07.06.2011., which terminated legal
proceedings against the former JSC ‘’Grobina’’ Supervisory Board Members
regarding the activity for damages; and the case has been resubmitted for
proceedings to a different judge in the same court.
