Below is a corrected version of notice to the Stock Exchange published
today at 15.47:
Chairman of the board of directors and primary insider Birger Magnus has
through his company Magnus Invest AS today bought 7,000 Hafslund ASA
class B shares at a price of NOK 48.97. After this, Mr Magnus and
closely related parties own 0 class A shares and 7,000 class B shares in
Hafslund ASA.
