Hafslund - Sale of treasury bonds

Hafslund ASA has sold NOK 30 million from its treasury holding of the
bond 6.25 % Hafslund ASA 08/19, ISIN NO0010473333, HNA85. After this
transaction, the outstanding amount in the market of this bond is NOK
230 million, while Hafslund ASA holds NOK 170 million.
