Hafslund – Issue of commercial paper and buyback of bond issue

Hafslund ASA has issued a NOK 300 million commercial paper with maturity 10 October 2017, coupon 1,58%.

Hafslund ASA has bought back NOK 229 million of the bond 5.1 % Hafslund ASA 2006/2016 – ISIN NO 001 0340334, HNA66. After this transaction, outstanding amount in the market of this bond is NOK 258.5 million.
