HNA/HNB – Group management changes

Senior Vice President, Finance (CFO) of Hafslund ASA, Finn Bjørn Ruyter, will with effect from 1. July 2011 also take on the role as deputy CEO of Hafslund. Effective on same date, Mr. Ruyter will take over responsibility for the areas IT, quality assurance of contracts, and real estate management in addition to finance and energy trading. Mr. Ruyter took up his position at Hafslund in August 2010 and has more than 20 years of experience from various energy companies including 10 years as head of Elkem Energi.

The HR function, represented by HR director Gøril Nordskag Johnsen, will report to CEO Christian Berg effective as of today.
