HANZA extends cooperation with Siemens

HANZA has signed an extended three-year agreement with Siemens Turbomachinery at a value exceeding 60 million SEK.

HANZA Holding AB (publ) has signed a 3-year agreement with Siemens Turbomachinery on the manufacture of components for gas turbines SGT600 and SGT800 at a value exceeding 60 million SEK. To meet the increased production volume, additional investment will be made in the company's manufacturing cluster in Årjäng. Production is scheduled to start in the third quarter of 2015.

"This new agreement is the result of close cooperation between HANZA and Siemens," said Thomas Lindström, Vice President HANZA. "We have succeeded in creating an efficient manufacturing solution in Årjäng which we are now developing".
