Hemfosa establishes commercial paper program

Hemfosa has established a commercial paper program with a limit of MSEK 2,000. In conjunction with this, the Company has issued MSEK 895 with terms of between three and twelve months. The reason for establishing the commercial paper program is to enable Hemfosa to diversify its sources of financing. To manage the refinancing risk associated with the program, the company will essentially utilize secured backup facilities. The arranger of the commercial paper program is Swedbank and the issuing institutions are Swedbank, SEB and Danske Bank.
