Hemfosa Fastigheter acquires additional community service properties in Norway for approximately MSEK 284
Hemfosa is acquiring ten properties and three leaseholds – a total of thirteen preschools – at an underlying property value of approximately MSEK 284. The seller is AcadeMedia.
The acquired preschools are located in the Oslo region and southern Norway, and have a leasable area of 10,345 square meters. The tenant has a 20-year triple net lease. Possession will be taken on June 30, 2015.
“This acquisition will increase and broaden our community service segment in Norway. The tenant is one of the leading preschool companies in the country with well-established business operations, and these leases will generate long-term and stable returns for Hemfosa,” says Jens Engwall, CEO of Hemfosa Fastigheter.
