HENMAN COMMUNICATIONS BOLSTERS PR AND SPONSORSHIP TEAM

Integrated sports PR and sponsorship agency Henman Communications has added Chris Etchells, former PR, Marketing and Social Media Executive at Human Race, to their PR and sponsorship team.

Etchells will work across Henman Communications’ client portfolio, which includes Statoil’s, Statoil Maters Tennis CSR sponsorship programme and Team Carbon Bike’s triathlon sponsorship and PR. Etchells will also work on Henman Communications’ other accounts focusing on the strategy and delivery of client’s PR and sponsorship objectives and social media.

Etchells joins Henman Communications from Human Race where he dealt with content distribution and PR surrounding Human Race events. He also worked on the social media and digital strategy with a focus on engaging with the mass participation audience across the 55 events that they manage.

Prior to Human Race, Etchells worked at PRISM, the sponsorship activation agency, where he worked with brands such as Nike, Shell and Ford.
