HFO Adds Trevor T. Calton, MBA, as Senior Broker

HFO Investment Real Estate is pleased to announce the addition of Trevor T. Calton as Senior Broker specializing in multi-family investments.
Trevor T. Calton is a veteran of Commercial Real Estate & Mortgage Banking since 1997 and is also a Professor of Real Estate Finance at Portland State University.
Formerly a Managing Partner in a commercial real estate investment firm, Trevor spent several years as a Senior Financial Analyst in mortgage banking before becoming one of Portland's top Commercial Real Estate Brokers specializing in investment properties.
Trevor was also the Director of Asset Management for the Housing Authority of Portland, overseeing 6,000 units of affordable housing in Multnomah County, and worked as a Commercial Mortgage Broker prior to joining the HFO team.

Trevor earned both his Bachelor’s degree and MBA from the University of Oregon, and lives in the Portland area with his two sons.
