Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Hiddn Solutions ASA (the "Company") on 16 November 2017 regarding issuance of new shares in the Company in connection with a private placement of NOK 15 million (the "Private Placement"). Further reference is made to the Company's stock exchange announcements on 18 March 2018 regarding a NOK 30-39 million rights issue (the "Rights Issue").

The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway has today, 23 March 2018, approved a prospectus (the "Prospectus") in connection with (i) listing on Oslo Børs of 1,615,418 of the shares issued in the Private Placement (the "Private Placement Shares"), temporarily placed under an ISIN (international securities identification number) separate from the Company's other shares pending approval and publication of this Prospectus and (ii) offering and listing of up to 22,379,825 new shares in the Company in connection with the Rights Issue (the "Offer Shares").

The Prospectus will be made public on 26 March 2018, after which the Private Placement Shares will assume the regular ISIN of the Company's shares and become tradable on Oslo Børs.

A stock exchange notice with further information on the Rights Issue will be published prior to commencement of the subscription period on 26 March 2018.

The Prospectus will be made available at www.hiddnsolutions.com and www.dnb.no/emisjoner and will also be available free of charge at the business office of the Company and the manager DNB Markets, a part of DNB Bank ASA.
