ADJUSTED SHAREHOLDING IN HiQ INTERNATIONAL

Lars Stugemo, President and CEO of HiQ, has decided to adjust his shareholding in HiQ. After the disposal of shares his holding (including related parties) amounts to 170 651 shares, corresponding to 0.3 per cent of the company. In addition, the holding include 30 000 warrants that could be used for subscription of shares during May 2017.
