HiQ HELPS A MAJOR BRITISH TV CHANNEL
HiQ is creating a new player and a portal for the next generation TV platform for a leading British TV channel. The development of this IP TV service is yet another exciting step forward for HiQ in the fast-moving media segment.
“The way we’re watching TV is changing rapidly. IP TV is adapted to how we live our lives. Radio, TV, internet content and on-demand services are interlinked in a way that suits the viewer. HiQ’s expertise in the media segment is extensive. In Finland and Sweden HiQ is working in partnership with several TV and radio channels and newspapers on the transition to digital viewing and on mobile development.

IP TV is defined as the secure and reliable delivery to subscribers of entertainment video and related services. These services may include, for example, Live TV, Video On Demand and Interactive TV.
